This haunting historical image might look like a photo of him as a child, and as you can see, he was pretty distinguished from a very young age. Actually, this photograph is of a boy who suffered from Ambras Syndrome. Ambras syndrome occurs when an error in someone’s genome causes the gene that causes hair to grow to repeat itself repeatedly, like someone is constantly hitting copy and paste on the DNA.
